Service Warranty and Call-Out Charges
We provide warranty periods for all our services and products. Customers must notify us promptly if a fault occurs. Any hardware issues identified within the warranty period will be replaced free of charge.
Warranty Terms
A standard call-out fee applies to all visits, including hardware replacement within the warranty period.
If a fault occurs within the warranty period, replacement parts will be provided free of charge; however, the call-out fee will still apply.
If the warranty period has expired, replacement parts will be charged at cost.
The warranty is void if damage is caused by misuse, third parties, accidents, general wear and tear, tampering, or unauthorised modifications.

Standard Call-Out Fee
For existing customers, the standard call-out charge starts from £95.00. This includes travel, the visit, assessment, and minor adjustments or basic troubleshooting carried out during the visit.
Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for replacement parts or materials.
Further work beyond the initial call-out may incur additional costs, which will always be discussed beforehand.
Extended time spent on-site may also result in additional charges.
For locations outside our standard service area, additional charges will apply to cover travel and time, starting from £199.99.
Service Hours
Call-outs and support are available during office hours, Monday to Sunday, 8am–8pm. Requests outside of these hours may incur an additional charge.
Additional Information
All hardware supplied is sourced from authorised UK distributors to ensure quality, reliability, and full warranty support.
Important Notice
Customers must not attempt to open, modify, or replace batteries in Ajax devices themselves or through third parties. Doing so will void the warranty and may cause damage or system malfunction.
All maintenance and battery replacements must be carried out by authorised professionals to ensure safety, reliability, and continued system performance.
N.S.L Security Systems Ltd is not liable for issues caused by unauthorised alterations or third-party interference.
If customers choose to contact Ajax support directly, resolution times may vary depending on the issue. We are not responsible for delays or outcomes resulting from independent actions taken outside of our service.
