This annual subscription service enhances your Ajax Video Doorbell and Ajax CCTV system by keeping event recordings in the cloud so they remain available even if local storage is compromised.
How It Works
Ajax Cloud Storage records video automatically when motion is detected by your Doorbell or a linked video scenario is triggered. Footage is uploaded securely to the cloud and stored based on the selected subscription plan. You can review, download, and share recorded clips anytime from your mobile app or desktop.
The system uses a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method, which automatically removes the oldest footage as storage space fills up, ensuring recent recordings are always available. Depending on your plan, recordings can be stored for up to 30 days or more, with limits set by storage duration or total minutes of footage.
Real-Time Notifications
When your video devices record an event, you receive instant alerts in your Ajax app with either still images or animated previews (GIF), depending on your plan. This allows you to quickly confirm what’s happening without opening full-length video files.

Important:
If you decide not to renew your cloud storage subscription, all video footage stored in the cloud will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

There are two options for storing Ajax video data:
1. Ajax Cloud Video Storage – Use the Ajax Video Cloud Storage Service, which is available through an annual subscription.
2. Ajax NVR Local Storage – Store video locally on an Ajax NVR at the same property where the doorbell is installed. This requires an NVR and a hard drive, and there are no subscription fees for this option.

Ajax 7-Days Event Cloud Storage & Recording Limits
Your videos, photos, and notifications are stored on the system for up to 7 days. During this time, you can review, download, or access any event footage. After 7 days, the oldest recordings are automatically deleted to make space for new ones.
The system can record up to 600 minutes (about 10 hours) of footage per device. Once this limit is reached, older recordings will start to be overwritten.
This setup ensures your recent activity is always available for a week, while helping you manage storage easily and efficiently.

Ajax 30-Days Event Cloud Storage & Recording Limits
Your videos, photos, and notifications are stored on the system for up to 30 days. During this time, you can review, download, or access any event footage. After 30 days, the oldest recordings are automatically deleted to make space for new ones.
The system can record up to 1,500 minutes (about 25 hours) of footage per device. Once this limit is reached, older recordings will start to be overwritten.
This ensures your recent activity is always available for about a month, while helping you manage storage easily and efficiently.
