The Ajax Takeover Service is a tailored service, with costs varying depending on your Ajax security system setup and the level of support required.
Battery replacement costs are calculated based on the number of batteries required for each Ajax device.
Please note:
An Ajax Takeover Service call-out fee applies to each service request. This fee covers travel, service time, and administration, and includes a comprehensive Ajax Maintenance Report.
Battery replacement costs are not included in the call-out fee and are charged separately. Any quoted battery replacement cost includes the batteries themselves.

Note: This service is designed for new customers who had the Ajax Intruder Alarm System installed by another company and now require a comprehensive service, along with an Ajax Authorised Pro Systems Installation company, N.S.L Security Systems Ltd, to manage their system without the need for a subscription or contract.
Ajax Takeover Service is a one-off service designed to seamlessly integrate your existing security system with Ajax technology. Our experts will handle the setup and ensure your system is fully functional, providing enhanced security with no ongoing commitment, subscription, or contract.
Important Information Regarding Ajax Hub Takeover
Before we carry out any Ajax system takeover service, we perform a series of Hub reset pre-checks directly with Ajax. This ensures everything is ready in advance and helps avoid any issues on the day of installation.
If your Hub is linked to an installation or monitoring company and there is an outstanding payment due from you, Ajax will not have permission or access to reset the Hub until the payment has been settled with the relevant company. We also need to ensure that no connected service plans, maintenance agreements, or monitoring contracts remain active with the previous provider, as these can prevent the Hub reset.
An alternative option is to replace or upgrade the Hub with a new one, which allows us to bypass these restrictions and reconnect all existing devices to the new Hub.
However, we strongly recommend settling any outstanding payments with your previous provider. While replacing the Hub gives you a fresh start technically, it does not remove any existing financial obligations you may have with the original installation or monitoring company.
