Note: This service is designed for new customers who had the Ajax Intruder Alarm System installed by another company and now require a comprehensive service, along with an Ajax Authorised Pro Systems Installation company, N.S.L Security Systems Ltd, to manage their system without the need for a subscription or contract.

The Ajax Hub SIM Card Service enables the connectivity of the Ajax Hub, the central unit of the system, to the internet for transmitting alarm notifications. Various channels can be used for this internet connection, including Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and SIM Card. The hub is available in two versions: with 2G and 2G/3G/4G. By incorporating a SIM card, the alarm system maintains online functionality even during power outages or the absence of home internet.

Our Ajax Aftercare Maintenance Service ensures the reliable performance of your Intruder Alarm and CCTV System. This annual plan includes a preventative on-site visit, where an engineer conducts physical and visual inspections to detect any issues, prevent system failures, and keep all components in optimal working order.
Note: This service is available exclusively to new N.S.L Security Systems Ltd customers who are about to have the Ajax Intruder Alarm System installed by us and opt for this service from the installation date.
Ajax Remote Monitoring Service (ARC)

Ajax Intruder Alarm with MotionCam (PhOD)
We partner with Omnivision Monitoring, a certified Ajax Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC), to provide secure 24/7 remote monitoring. Our Grade 2 or 3 certified solution ensures peace of mind, offering visual verification and home automation for enhanced security.
When an Ajax detection device, such as the Ajax Superior MotionCam (PhOD), is triggered, an alarm signal and images of the intruder are sent to the Monitoring ARC. Trained operators assess the situation and take appropriate action, ensuring a swift and effective response.
Note: This service is available to all customers, including new N.S.L Security Systems Ltd customers who are about to have the Ajax Intruder Alarm System installed by us and choose to opt for this service from the installation date, as well as new customers using our Ajax Takeover Service
Service Warranty and Call-Out Policy
We provide warranty periods for all our services and products. Customers must notify us immediately if a fault occurs. Any hardware issues identified within the warranty period will be replaced free of charge.
Please note the following terms regarding our warranty and call-out service:
A standard call-out fee applies to all call-outs, including hardware replacement within the warranty period.
The warranty is void if the fault or damage is caused by user actions, third parties, accidents, general wear and tear, acts of God, tampering, or misuse.
If the issue occurs within the warranty period, replacement parts will be provided free of charge, but the standard call-out charge will still apply.
If the warranty period has expired, replacement parts will be charged at cost.

Standard Call-Out Fee
For our existing customers, the standard call-out charge is a minimum of £95.00. This fee includes travel, the visit, assessment, and any minor adjustments or basic troubleshooting performed during the call-out.
Please note:
Additional charges may apply for replacement parts or materials.
Further work beyond the initial call-out may incur extra costs, which will be discussed with you beforehand.
Extended time spent on-site, if required, may also incur additional charges.
If you are located outside our standard service area, additional charges may apply to cover travel and time. These costs will be communicated to you in advance.

Call-outs and support calls are available during office hours, Monday to Sunday, 8am–8pm.

All hardware supplied is sourced exclusively from authorised UK distributors to ensure quality and reliability.

We strongly advise customers not to attempt to open or replace the product’s batteries themselves or through a third party. Doing so will immediately void the warranty, may cause irreversible damage to the device, and could compromise the system’s functionality. This includes any tampering, modifications, or unauthorised changes made to the system.
N.S.L Security Systems Ltd is not liable for any disruptions, malfunctions, or damages resulting from unauthorised alterations. For safety, reliability, and to maintain warranty compliance, battery replacement and system maintenance must be carried out exclusively by authorised professionals.

It is important to note that administrative access to critical Ajax system settings is not provided. This measure is designed to prevent unauthorised modifications or errors that could compromise the functionality of the system. By restricting access to these sensitive settings, we ensure your security system operates at the highest standards of safety and reliability.
As an authorised Ajax PRO Systems Installation company, N.S.L Security Systems Ltd takes full responsibility for ensuring compliance with industry standards and guarantees the quality of your security system.
Ajax is a professional-grade intruder alarm system, certified with a Grade 2 rating or higher. Specifically designed for professional installation, it is not suitable for DIY setup. To ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards, system configuration must be carried out exclusively by an authorised PRO Ajax company and accredited professionals approved by Ajax.
N.S.L Security Systems Ltd is an official Ajax partner, having successfully completed all relevant courses and testing at Ajax Academy. We hold valid certifications, reflecting our expertise and commitment to delivering installations of the highest standard, fully aligned with Ajax’s professional requirements.
Additionally, we always supply and install Ajax hardware ourselves and do not install hardware purchased independently by customers. This policy ensures the integrity, reliability, and full functionality of your security system.
