Battery replacement costs are determined by the number of batteries needed for each Ajax device.

Please note:

An Ajax On-Demand Care Service call-out fee applies to each service request. This fee covers travel, service costs, administration and includes a comprehensive Ajax Maintenance Report.
Battery replacement costs are separate and vary depending on the number of batteries required for each Ajax device. The quoted cost for battery replacement will include the batteries themselves.
Batteries are not included in the Ajax On-Demand Care Service call-out fee.
We focus on quality by using premium batteries to ensure that your Ajax devices perform optimally and remain reliable.

Ajax Maintenance Report Service

At N.S.L Security Systems Ltd, we use specialised Ajax Pro Company software to perform Remote Inspections of your Ajax Alarm System. This service includes generating a comprehensive official Ajax Maintenance Report, identifying any issues such as offline devices, low battery levels, and system errors.

As an Accredited Ajax Installation Company, our Maintenance Report service ensures your system remains in optimal condition, providing you with peace of mind and the highest level of security.

Note: This service is available exclusively to N.S.L Security Systems Ltd customers who had the Ajax Intruder Alarm System installed by us but did not opt for the Ajax Aftercare Maintenance Service at the time of installation.

Important Note: Do not attempt to open or replace the product’s batteries yourself or through a third party, as this will void the warranty, may cause irreversible damage, and can compromise system functionality. N.S.L Security Systems Ltd is not liable for any issues resulting from unauthorised modifications or tampering. To maintain safety, reliability, and warranty compliance, battery replacements and system maintenance must be carried out by our Certified Ajax Specialists, ensuring your equipment is handled with expert care and giving you complete peace of mind.
