Our Ajax Aftercare Maintenance Service annual plan ensures the efficient and effective operation of your Ajax Intruder Alarm and Ajax CCTV Security System. These preventative maintenance plans are designed to prevent system failures and prolong the lifespan of your equipment.

Once a year, there is an Ajax Aftercare Maintenance on-site visit to ensure the equipment’s full functionality, maintaining the system’s performance and reliability. During this visit, an engineer will perform physical and visual inspections to detect any damages and ensure that all components are in working order. A checklist log will be filled out to document and report any potential defects or issues with the system. Additionally, all hardware, including the external cameras, will be cleaned to remove dust and residue.
The engineer will also conduct checks on various aspects, such as the hard drive, playback recording, network connection, cables, firmware updates, and system testing. Battery levels of the Ajax Wireless Intruder Alarm System will be checked during the annual on-site visit. If any batteries are found to be low, they will be replaced; however, the cost of replacement batteries is not included and will be charged separately.
As part of our Ajax Aftercare Maintenance Service, in the event of a system fault, an engineer will be promptly arranged for assistance. Remote maintenance service checks will also occur.

FREE Ajax Intruder Alarm Battery Replacement
Battery levels of the Ajax Wireless Intruder Alarm System will be examined, and if the battery is found to be low, it will be replaced at no cost during the annual on-site visit.
Ajax Maintenance Report Service
At N.S.L Security Systems Ltd, we use specialised Ajax Pro Company software to perform Remote Inspections of your Ajax Alarm System. This service includes generating a comprehensive official Ajax Maintenance Report, identifying any issues such as offline devices, low battery levels, and system errors.
As an Accredited Ajax Installation Company, our Maintenance Report service ensures your system remains in optimal condition, providing you with peace of mind and the highest level of security.
