The Ajax Hub SIM Card Service enables the connectivity of the Ajax Hub, the central unit of the system, to the internet for transmitting alarm notifications. Various channels can be used for this internet connection, including Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and SIM Card. The hub is available in two versions: with 2G and 2G/3G/4G. By incorporating a SIM card, the alarm system maintains online functionality even during power outages or the absence of home internet.

We partner with an internationally recognised Ajax Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) to offer secure 24/7 remote monitoring. Our accredited alarm solution provides enhanced protection and peace of mind with visual verification for increased security. When an Ajax detection device such as the Ajax Superior MotionCam HD (PhOD) is triggered, an alarm signal and images of the intruder are sent to the ARC, where trained operators assess the situation and take the necessary action.

Leaving a property vacant or undergoing renovations? Ajax Remote Site Alarm Rental Service provides a flexible, hassle-free security solution to protect against theft, vandalism, and squatters. With the rise in metal theft, including copper pipes, heating systems, and gas boilers, vacant and under-construction properties are prime targets for criminals. Unsecured sites also attract squatters, which can lead to costly legal and removal processes.
Service Warranty and Call-Out Charges
We provide warranty periods for all our services and products. Customers must notify us immediately if a fault occurs. Any hardware issues identified within the warranty period will be replaced free of charge.
Please note the following terms regarding our warranty and call-out service:
A standard call-out fee applies to all call-outs, including hardware replacement within the warranty period.
The warranty is void if the fault or damage is caused by user actions, third parties, accidents, general wear and tear, acts of God, tampering, or misuse.
If the issue occurs within the warranty period, replacement parts will be provided free of charge, but the standard call-out charge will still apply.
If the warranty period has expired, replacement parts will be charged at cost.

Standard Call-Out Fee
For our existing customers, the standard call-out charge is a minimum of £95.00. This fee includes travel, the visit, assessment, and any minor adjustments or basic troubleshooting performed during the call-out.
Please note:
Additional charges may apply for replacement parts or materials.
Further work beyond the initial call-out may incur extra costs, which will be discussed with you beforehand.
Extended time spent on-site, if required, may also incur additional charges.
If you are located outside our standard service area, additional charges will apply to cover travel and time. This fee includes travel, the visit, assessment, and any minor adjustments or basic troubleshooting carried out during the call-out. These costs start from £199.99, will be discussed with you beforehand, and are also outlined in the quotation document under the Service Warranty and Call-Out Charges section.
Service Hours
Call-outs and support calls are available during office hours, Monday to Sunday, 8am–8pm. Call-outs or support requested outside of these hours may incur an additional charge.

All hardware supplied is sourced exclusively from authorised UK distributors to ensure quality and reliability.

We strongly advise customers not to attempt to open or replace the product’s batteries themselves or through a third party. Doing so will immediately void the warranty, may cause irreversible damage to the device, and could compromise the system’s functionality. This includes any tampering, modifications, or unauthorised changes made to the system.
N.S.L Security Systems Ltd is not liable for any disruptions, malfunctions, or damages resulting from unauthorised alterations. For safety, reliability, and to maintain warranty compliance, battery replacement and system maintenance must be carried out exclusively by authorised professionals.
To ensure the safety and functionality of your device, we highly recommend using only N.S.L Security Systems Ltd for battery replacements. Our Certified Ajax Specialists are trained to handle your equipment with the utmost care, providing you with complete peace of mind.
Any issues or faults raised directly with Ajax support may take more than 48 hours to resolve, depending on the nature and complexity of the issue. Ajax will carry out their own investigation and resolution process. N.S.L Security Systems Ltd shall not be held liable for any delays incurred during this investigation period or for any issues resulting from actions taken independently by the customer when liaising directly with Ajax.

Ajax is a professional-grade intruder alarm system, certified with a Grade 2 rating or higher. Specifically designed for professional installation, it is not suitable for DIY setup. To ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards, system configuration must be carried out exclusively by an authorised PRO Ajax company and accredited professionals approved by Ajax.
N.S.L Security Systems Ltd is an official Ajax partner, having successfully completed all relevant courses and testing at Ajax Academy. We hold valid certifications, reflecting our expertise and commitment to delivering installations of the highest standard, fully aligned with Ajax’s professional requirements.
