Ajax provides a secure cloud storage solution for event recordings from its video surveillance products. At N.S.L Security Systems Ltd, we activate this storage to ensure video footage remains accessible even if local storage is compromised, enhancing security and reliability for end users.
Ajax Video Cloud Storage stores only all-important videos based on user’s demands. Recording starts automatically when the Doorbell detects motion or when an Ajax detector with corresponding settings triggers a video scenario.
The user receives real-time notifications with visual alarm verification. Depending on the selected plan, this comes as either a still image or an animated preview (GIF).
Ajax Cloud Storage operates on a FIFO (First In, First Out) system, ensuring continuous recording without the risk of storage overflow. The oldest files are automatically overwritten as storage space fills up, guaranteeing effortless access to recent recordings. The recordings are looped every 30 days/1,500 minutes, depending on which interval comes first and the selected subscription plan.
Ajax provides secure cloud storage for recorded footage from Indoor Cam and Doorbell. We can activate Ajax Cloud Storage to keep footage accessible even if local storage is compromised, enhancing security and reliability for system users.
Please note: If you cancel or choose not to renew the Ajax Cloud Video Storage Service, all event footage stored in the cloud will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

There are two options for storing Ajax video data:
1. Ajax Cloud Video Storage – Alternatively, you can use the Ajax Video Cloud Storage Service, which is an annually contracted service.
2. Ajax NVR Local Storage – Video can be stored locally on an Ajax NVR at the same property where the doorbell is installed. This requires an NVR and a hard drive. There are no subscription fees for this option.

Ajax 7-Days Event Cloud Storage & Recording Limits
Your videos, photos, and notifications are stored on the system for up to 7 days. During this time, you can review, download, or access any event footage. After 7 days, the oldest recordings are automatically deleted to make space for new ones.
The system can record up to 600 minutes (about 10 hours) of footage per device. Once this limit is reached, older recordings will start to be overwritten.
This setup ensures your recent activity is always available for a week, while helping you manage storage easily and efficiently.

Ajax 30-Days Event Cloud Storage & Recording Limits
Your videos, photos, and notifications are stored on the system for up to 30 days. During this time, you can review, download, or access any event footage. After 30 days, the oldest recordings are automatically deleted to make space for new ones.
The system can record up to 1,500 minutes (about 25 hours) of footage per device. Once this limit is reached, older recordings will start to be overwritten.
This ensures your recent activity is always available for about a month, while helping you manage storage easily and efficiently.
