NSL did a fantastic job of installing an Ajax alarm and Hikvision 4k camera setup for me. All work was done to an extremely high standard with all cables hidden or secured neatly. Narinder is very experienced and does all work to an amazingly high standard, taking time to ensure everything is installed and setup exactly as I wanted, and even helped me out and offered advice for some other works around the house including Ubiquiti access points and network connections. Absolutely excellent service, I already have had brilliant HD Hik Connect cameras and the Ajax alarm system installed. However wanted to add another camera indoor as I have a cat and dog and want to keep an eye on them when I’m not around. I got in touch and advised what I wanted, the engineer spoke me through options and fitted a rotating indoor camera working on motion. I can talk though it. I just keep adding to the range. An exceptional service from Narinder from first contact to get a quote to the installation and demonstration of how the systems work. He fitted us an AJAX system with cameras and his workmanship is fantastic he leaves the place cleaner than when he came! His after care is 11/10, had an issue with something late on an evening and sent him a message within 5 minutes he had remotely repaired it and all working as it should. NSL have completed a take over from another supplier who installed the system June 2023. I reached out because I didn't have access to anything beyond On/Off. NSL have been impeccable from first responding to my enquiry to visiting my home to assess the requirements. Narinder was able to demonstrate the missing features and sent a quote that included all the steps required to resolve the situation. Within a week I have a fully functioning system that has been checked and batteries tested and date marked. Loose and misplaced sensors have been repositioned. The Outside ringer has been better located and a thorough demonstration of how we can make the most of the system was provided. It is vital to know how best to use such a comprehensive solution, which we can now do without worry of wondering if it has been set as expected or we end up triggering because we didn't realise we left a feature on! Narinder was extremely thorough and I am confident he has given us the best possible service. In spite of him taking over the system from another supplier, at no point did he make comments on the failings of the other party - such integrity is rare and serves to illustrate the professionalism of NSL. I recommend NSL without hesitation to anyone seeking the best security system for their home or business.
